Is parenting a statutory part of Relationships and Sex Education in school?

DfE statutory guidance for Relationships, Sex and Health Education states the following should be included in PSHE lessons at secondary school:

The roles and responsibilities of parents with respect to raising of children, including the characteristics of successful parenting;
How committed stable relationships might contribute to human happiness and their importance for bringing up children.
