Ages 17-18 Resources : Managing study/exam stress
120 minutes of activity choices which cover potential stress factors for students in exam years, including pre and post -results. There is also some additional focus on suggestions of how to manage the uncertainty and complications of being an exam year student during Covid-19. Although these activities are targeted at the oldest secondary aged pupils, they would work equally well for students aged 15-16 with a little adaptation. The activity plan is accompanied by a fully editable PowerPoint (which also includes a short video).
