120 minutes of activity choices which cover potential stress factors for students in exam years, including pre and post -results. Although these activities are targeted at the oldest secondary aged pupils, they would work equally well for students aged 15-16 with a little adaptation. The activity plan is accompanied by a fully editable PowerPoint (which also includes a short video). The following activity choices are included:
