Addressing loss and grief can be challenging. This lesson pack uses distanced activities to explore the feelings associated with loss and grief as well as strategies to support managing these feelings. The 5-stage grief cycle is explored, and video content supports facilitation. There is also a recommended game to lighten the mood at the end of the lesson. Activities included are.
