Ages 13-14 : Connection, loneliness & mental health

This lesson pack delves into the importance of connection, how loneliness and isolation differ and how different personality types may react to situations. It also briefly touches upon anxiety and depression and introduces the Big Five personality traits model. Select activities or deliver over several sessions. Quizzes, self-evaluation and plenty of discussion keep the sessions lively and there are opportunities to note assessment/progress in additon to the regular feature on the final slide. There's at least 2 hours of content in the pack.
