Are your primary aged pupils bringing knives in from home?

Ages 9-11 : Carrying a knife is dangerous

The reason for this pack is a safeguarding concern, as although it is still a rarity, some primary aged children are being given knives by family members for 'protection', and these are being brought into school. If this isn't an issue in your setting or community, you may not feel it's not appropriate to use this pack as there is no statutory requirement to do so.
