Ages 14-16 : Sleep, rest and study - how to create balance when studying for exams
These materials focus on the importance of a balanced study/revision plan. Students are given advice on study/revision tips and planning an appropriate study timetable. The benefits of sleep and relaxation as part of a healthy and effective study plan are also considered. There are approximately 120 minutes of teaching activities to choose from. Videos support facilitation, and there are teacher notes under the slides.
