Ages 14-16 : (Theme: Health & fitness) : Sleep, rest and study (Target age 15-16 but can be used with ages 14-15)
The importance of a balanced study/revision plan is the focus of these materials. Students are given advice on study/revision tips and planning an appropriate study timetable. The benefits of sleep and relaxation as part of a healthy and effective study plan are also considered. There are 120 minutes of teaching activities to choose from accompanied by a fully editable PowerPoint and a home learning resource.
