How do I teach students about sexting and the law in PSHE?

Ages 13-14 : Sexting

This activity pack looks at this sensitive subject as it's likely that some students in your class may have experienced sexting. While you don't want to be alarmist, it's important for students to understand the legislation and potential implications. Personal and social consequences are also explored. The activities are suitably distanced to avoid the need for students to draw upon or share personal experiences, and there are detailed teacher notes to support confident delivery. This pack contains the following activities:

  • What is sexting?
  • Sexting & the law
  • Who's responsible?
  • Advice needed
